Refund & Cancellation Policy – Alenta Travel

1.2 Alenta Travel acts solely as a facilitator in accordance with the policies of the service providers.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Any cancellation request must comply with the applicable terms set by the airline, hotel, or tour operator.
2.2 Cancellation fees, if any, are determined by the service provider’s policy and shall be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refunds can only be processed if permitted by the relevant service provider.
3.2 Refund processing times may vary, generally ranging from seven (7) to thirty (30) business days, depending on the payment method and the service provider’s policies.
3.3 Alenta Travel reserves the right to apply administrative fees when processing refunds.
4. Schedule Changes and Modifications
4.1 In the event of schedule changes made by the service provider, Alenta Travel will assist customers in arranging rescheduling or alternative solutions in accordance with the provider’s policies.
5. Non-Refundable Services
5.1 Certain bookings, including promotional tickets or specific travel packages, are strictly non-refundable as determined by the service provider’s terms and conditions.
